Exchange Email Recovery

The first thing we do is have one of our techs walk you through making a backup of your email database. Then we get you set up with a temporary database so that you can continue working and receiving emails. This way you are not down for a lengthy and expensive amount of time. Once we receive your backup either in the form of physical media or transferred to our secure FTP site. We will then extract your emails and data. We will use the many tools that we have at our disposal to effectively recover your data. Once recovered the data is stored to a permanent media that you can got back to in the future if you need to. Finally one of our walk you through replacing the temporary database with your information. You will then be fully operational. This plan has been tested and implemented many times with fantastic results.
